We are so excited to partner with you. Our minimum opening order for a retail location is $400. Our minimum opening order for an online/home-based business is $275. We have no minimum on re-orders.

Sorry to disappoint, we are not accepting any applications at this time for any 3rd party online selling.

We are considered a wholesaler and therefore, do not price restrict nor stipulate on how retailers price items within their store. We always suggest a MSRP (manufacturer suggested retail price) which is double the wholesale cost but based on your economic climate and level of overall competitiveness, you have the final say.

A thoughtful approach to exclusivity is important. There are many factors taken into consideration when permitting exclusivity; population, annual sales, proximity, retail demographic etc. that makes it difficult to have a fixed policy. Unlike conventional products that rely on heavy preservatives for extended shelf life, our products are thoughtfully crafted with high-quality natural ingredients and minimal preservatives. This ensures a fresh and indulgent experience.

To enjoy our products at their best, we recommend using them within 9-14 months of receiving them. For specific product details, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Unless previously agreed upon, we do not accept returns at this time. We believe in the quality of our products and hope you and your shoppers love them as much as we do!

If an item has been damaged or if a refund is requested, we’ll work with you to coordinate a refund in a way that best suits your needs. Your satisfaction is important to us and we’re committed to finding a solution that leaves you feeling taken care of.

Taxes are applied to all CAD orders based on shipping region.

Shipping costs are based on your delivery destination and the total weight of your order.

As a general guide, you can expect shipping charges anywhere from 7% - 12% of your order value. During the colder months, shipping may require a heated service at an additional cost. We'll do our best to remind you as winter approaches so you can order early and avoid extra charges.

We partner with Canpar, Loomis, FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post to ensure you get the best shipping rate possible. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely and affordably.

Our warehouse is open Monday to Thursday and closed on weekends and holidays. We strive to ship your order within 3-5 business days after payment has been recorded. During special promotions or busy holiday seasons, there may be a slight delay, but rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping from picturesque Kelowna, BC, your delivery time will vary based on your destination, typically taking anywhere from next day delivery to about 5 business days for Ontario. You can look forward to receiving your order within 1 to 10 business days after your shipping confirmation. For detailed delivery updates, simply follow the link in your shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

Though we package your order with care, occasionally, items may be damaged in transit. If this happens, we’re here to make it right. Simply email us at lisa@barefootvenus.com, reference your Invoice #, and include pictures of the damaged or broken items. We will be in touch to assist you promptly!

We do NOT, nor ever have, tested on animals, although a small portion of our products do contain animal-derived ingredients such as milk and lanolin. 

Caring for our planet which includes all the animals inhabiting the planet and the environment, is complex but we are finding purpose in challenging ourselves to continually better the way we do things. We make conscious choices in all we do including; ingredients, packaging, shipping and manufacturing and we encourage our customers to practice conscious consumption.

All of our Lotions, Massage & Bath Oils & Multi -Tasker Oils have Sweet Almond Oil.  

Both Perfume Your Soul & Dare to Bare collections also use Macadamia Nut Oil.

As we are a green-scale producer we do not use any base ingredients that are preserved or are formulated with chemical compounds.  That all being said, our final products and our base ingredients do not need to be 'tested' on anything as it's straight up natural goodness. 
    
We ourselves do not test our finished products on animals, nor do we ourselves test any raw ingredients on animals.

Individual medical conditions present unique circumstances. Pregnancy and breast-feeding create many physiological changes, and therefore women should consult their doctors prior to using products during this period.

Each one of our product lines are only as popular as the demand.  We continually produce new scents and products to keep you smelling angelic and over time as a result, some have been discontinued.   

Occasionally the pump can become loose, which hinders it from popping. 

Please make sure to tighten the pump on your bottle and hold the base in place while spinning pump in the direction of the arrow imprinted. 

Pro tip: Remove the pump from your bottle. Clean and firmly hold the shaft and spin in the arrow's direction – that usually does the trick! 

Not pumping: Air can become trapped in the dipstick, causing a delay in product flow. It's not uncommon for pumps that are brand new and unused to require anywhere from 10 to 15 pumps to effectively initiate proper flow.
